Wall Cravings aims to ship online purchases to its customers within the 2 to 3 days after processing your purchase. Under normal circumstances the item(s) will be delivered to your location of choice within a maximum of 7 business days (depending on location). Please note that some out of stock products may have a longer lead time. Wall Cravings cannot be held responsible for any delays in your shipment. Wall Cravings ships globally. Estimated times for shipping and delivery are:
UAE and GCC countries – 2 to 5 working days
Asia, Europe and Americas – 7 working days
To avoid any delays it is very important to carefully check that the delivery address, including your local telephone and mobile number, is complete and correct. We cannot accept any liability for late or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details or due to a force majeure occurrence.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day. If orders are unexpectedly delayed we'll notify you by e-mail.
Deliveries are made Saturday through Thursday (no Friday deliveries).
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders are processed once payment is accepted and the billing address is verified. If you choose “cash on delivery” option (UAE only) your ordered will be processed once we have confirmed it is legitimate.
• Shipping times do not include processing time.
• Our courier will contact you directly to confirm your availability for the estimated delivery date and to confirm your delivery address. If the courier company cannot contact you after two (2) attempts on the phone numbers, they will SMS you with their contact details and the tracking number.
• Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you
can view the status of the shipment.
• Your signature will be required upon delivery of the shipment.
• If you have chosen to order via “cash on delivery”, the courier company will not hand over your order until collection of the full amount payable is made. Exact change for payment is appreciated.

Returns & Exchanges
1. Defective Products
WALL CRAVINGS unconditionally guarantees all decorative wall sticker and decal products manufactured and sold at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If upon delivery any defect is found with your WALL CRAVINGS sticker, then we will issue a replacement only after the complete assessment of defective sticker.
Please note the following limitations:
• Request to return Item must be received within 7 days from date of purchase.
• Wall Cravings will arrange the return of the product but will not be liable for the cost of returning the defective product. The Client will be responsible for paying the return shipment.
• Wall Cravings sticker and decals that have been used in any way cannot be accepted for exchange.
• Product must be returned in original packaging and full contents of packaging
must be included.
• Wall Cravings will only decide on exchange once a full assessment has been carried out.
• We do not provide refunds; only exchanges and only for defective products.
• We do not exchange products that have been damaged by the client; you must ensure
you adhere to the guidelines of use and application which are provided in all our
products.
2. How to return (faulty product)
If you would like to return your defective merchandise purchased from the WALL CRAVINGS
Online Store, please follow the instructions hereafter.
1. Send us an e-mail to returns@wallcravings.com thoroughly explaining the reasons
for the return. Ensure you quote the original order number. We will notify our courier
for collection.
2. Our courier will contact you for collection.
3. Place the unused WALL CRAVINGS sticker or decal products you wish to return in the original packaging and place inside the carrier pouch provided by our courier company. Please note that all additional supplies and documents, such as scraper and application supplements, should be included; failure to provide these items will mean we are unable to provide a replacement.
4. . You are responsible for return postage. Allow 3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your purchase has been received by us and confirmed as faulty, we will resend a new piece (s).
If you are not satisfied and would like to return our defective merchandise purchased from the WALL CRAVINGS Online Store, please follow the instructions above. Once we have confirmed that the product is faulty, we will provide you with a credit memo (minus return postage) via email.
